Welcome to Rate My Fit! ("the app"), operated by WeCe LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Rate My Fit!. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account

You sign in using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab in the app.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you post. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store your content within the app for the purpose of operating the service.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or graphic violence
• Infringes on another person's intellectual property or privacy rights
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Contains spam, malware, or deceptive content

Zero tolerance policy: Rate My Fit! has a zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Content that violates these guidelines will be removed immediately upon discovery or report. Users who post objectionable content, harass other users, or otherwise abuse the platform will have their accounts permanently terminated. All reports of objectionable content are reviewed by our team within 24 hours.

All uploaded photos are automatically screened using content moderation technology. Users can report objectionable content or block abusive users at any time from within the app. Blocked users are immediately removed from your feed.

4. Voting and Community

Votes (FIRE/PASS) are anonymous and final. The daily Runway winner is determined by vote tallies. We reserve the right to adjust ranking algorithms and moderation policies at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the app
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality

6. Intellectual Property

The app, its design, features, and branding are owned by WeCe LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeCe LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
